This policy explains when and how refunds or replacements apply.
1. Eligibility for Refund
Refunds are applicable only in the following cases:
The delivered product is damaged, broken, or expired.
The wrong item is delivered.
Order is canceled before dispatch (within 24 hours of placing the order).
2. Non-Refundable Cases
We cannot offer refunds if:
Product quality is as described but buyer changes mind.
The product has been used or tampered with.
Wrong address or late collection caused delivery issues.
3. Refund Process
Contact us via WhatsApp or email within 48 hours of delivery.
Share order number, photos of product, and reason for return.
After verification, refund or replacement will be arranged within 3–7 working days.
4. Mode of Refund
Refunds are processed via EasyPaisa or Bank Transfer to the buyer’s account.
5. Exchange Option
If a product is replaceable, we may send a replacement item instead of a refund, as per customer choice.
